    AAPP update release 8.7 is now available for you to download from the “Software Downloads” section of the web site. For a list of the changes, please see the Release Note that is linked from Release History.

    There are a couple of minor things that were omitted from this 8.7 release, so rather than waiting for the next scheduled update, we have issued a patch. Please see the 8.7.1 Release Note. The patch file is available via “Software Downloads”, as usual. It covers:

    – Metop AVHRR bug fix (minor impact on IASI navigation)
    – Update the default urls for obtaining TLE bulletins (which was the subject of a separate announcement)
