Radiance Simulator v3.0 has been released. The main new features are: support for RTTOV v13.0, simulation of satellite footprints, ingest of fields from the HARMONIE model in GRIB format, ingest of fields from JMA in GRIB format (clear-sky simulations only), new script to generate obs data files for geostationary sensors, new optional outputs including surface Jacobians, and channel height assignments consistent with the NWP SAF CADS package.
