Updated IASI auxiliary files for Metop-A

To users of OPS-LRS:

EUMETSAT have prepared updated BRD and GRD files for IASI on Metop-A. It is a routine update for scan reflectivity; the impact is small. You can find them by following the the “OPS-LRS auxiliary data” link on the AAPP downloads page, or download and run the “get_aux_files.sh” script which is available on that page.

The names are IASI_BRD_xx_M02_20170101000000Z_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxZ_20161216133209Z_IAST_0000000015 and IASI_GRD_xx_M02_20170101000000Z_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxZ_20161216133227Z_IAST_0000000032.

EUMETSAT plan to use them operationally in their ground processing from 7th February.
