    I am interested in requesting new RTTOV coefficients. However, I am unable access the helpdesk to open a new ticket (getting a page not found error). How should I proceed?

    Hi Jonah,

    Sorry that you had problems accessing the help desk. I noticed a problem one or two days ago, but it seems to have been resolved now. Could you try again? If it still doesn’t work, you can email me directly with your request and I will open a ticket on your behalf.
