Generating the coefficient for a new microwave instrument

Can you help me generate the coefficient for a new microwave instrument? If so what parameters do I need to provide and how do I provide them to you? Thank you very much.

Dear Qiurui,

To generate coefficients for microwave sensors we require:
– information about channel pass bands (central frequencies and channel widths, including information on double side bands where relevant) OR full spectral response data for each channel
– information on the channel polarisations
– the nominal satellite altitude
