Dear AAPP users,
AAPP update 7.14 is available for you to download. We recommend that you use the “Software Downloads” section of the NWP SAF web site to get the new version. But it is also available on the old AAPP ftp server. As usual, you can either download the full release (excluding large data files which are available in the Supplementary Downloads section) or you can download an update package in order to update an existing installation.
The main changes are summarised on the release history page, and you can click on the 7.14 Release Note to see full details – including installation instructions.
We recommend that this update is installed by all centres that are processing current data. As a minimum, you should install the new AMSU-A calibration parameters file.
