We have been having issues with the password reset: users have been sent an email containing a link which, when clicked on, they are told is invalid. If you experience this issue please email email@example.com.
We made a change on 19th February which hopefully addresses this issue. If you have successfully used password reset since then (if you have used the link and you now see fields to enter new Password and Confirm Password) please let us know. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
