    I cannot download the RTTOV 13.0 version. I have changed my software preferences and agreed with the terms of license but the download links won’t show up

    Please try refreshing the Software Downlaods page using Ctrl+F5, Shift-F5 or Shift+Ctrl+F5. If that doesn’t work try adding ?randomtext to the end of the url e.g.

    https://nwp-saf.eumetsat.int/site/user/joao_rosas_/?123

    By adding a random string to emnd of url you can often deal with browser cachings issues.

    If this doesnt work could you create a ticket via the Help Desk to help us maintain a record.

    I was also facing the similar issue but changing the browser from chrome to MS Edge worked for me.
