If you use TLEs for Metop-C, please check your Metop-C TLE index file (AAPP/orbelems/tle_db/tle_M03.index) following the recent in-plane manoeuvre. You may find that recent bulletins were rejected (second column set to 1), resulting in significant navigation errors in AAPP products.
To allow TLE bulletins to be accepted, we suggest to set the environment variable PAR_NAVIGATION_EXTRAP_LIMIT=100, as mentioned on page https://nwp-saf.eumetsat.int/site/software/aapp/documentation/aapp-v8-installation-guide/#Satellite_manoeuvres.
