IASI processing down

Hi,

I’m using AAPP and OPS to processing IASI data in docker container, I meet some problem when processing the IASI L0 data:

And it happens when I use OPS_PROCESS scripts with granule mode too, could help me on this issue?

I’m sorry, we didn’t see your posting at the time. The best way to submit a query like this is to use the NWP SAF Helpdesk, then you can be sure of a quick response.

Did you manage to solve the issue and get the IASI processing working? I checked our logs and there were no obvious issues on 20210817 or the previous day. If you want to check your implementation of OPS-LRS, you can download and run the Metop-B test case at https://nwp-saf.eumetsat.int/downloads/aapp_data_files/test_cases/.
