Hello,I want to download hydrotable coefficient for RTTOV-SCATT in this website: https://nwp-saf.eumetsat.int/site/software/rttov/download/coefficients/coefficient-download/#RTTOV_v13_Coefficient_File_Downloads,the detailed link is :https://nwp-saf.eumetsat.int/downloads/rtcoef_rttov13/hydrotable/hydrotable_fy3_mwhs2e.dat.bz2.But after I click the link in table,it display garbled characters.This problem has been going on for months.Is there an error on the link?

Can you try right-clicking on the link and selecting “Save As…” – does that work?
