CAMEL IR emissivity atlas missing file

    I am trying to use the new CAMEL IR emissivity atlas, but my program aborts telling me that “uwemis_igbpmap.H5” can’t be found. There is no such file in the CAMEL atlas data tar file (and I also can’t find it in the UW IR atlas data tar file). Do you know where I can get it?
