The AAPP update release V3.3 consisting mainly of an upgrade of AAPP for
processing of NOAA-17 HRPT data is contained in file AAPP_V33.tar.

Copy AAPP_V33.tar to a working directory and untar it:

     tar xvf AAPP_V33.tar
     
This will create directory V3.3 under your working directory containing
all files of this release. File README.TXT contains the details. 


Note:   NOAA-17 is not operational yet (on 23/08/2002). Consequently, the
        TBUS messages do not currently contain data for NOAA-17.
