ALL_MWI_SPECTRAL_DATA.h5 file contains the FreqSamp [GHz], un-normalised SpectralResponse [dB]. Data was sorted by ascending frequen
Cutoffs were applied to the noise floor.
Note: There are no real SRFs for the 3rd/4th Stokes channels 3,4,7,8,12,13.
Tophat assumption is used for these six channels.
