README SRF:

Data obtained from Indira Rani at NCMRWF, MoES, India for the MHS instrument on Microsat 2b.
Date received: 05/05/2023.
An excel spreadsheet entitled 'spectral_response' was provided, along with some plots of
weighted absorption coefficients and a README file.
The spreadsheet contained two columns, freqeuncy in Hz, and SRF in dBm.
Only the lower sideband for each channel was provided.
The upper sidebands were produced by mirroring the lower sideband around 183.31 GHz.
