Pre-processing of SRFs:
Convert wavelength (nano-metres) to wave-numbers (cm-1)
Truncate to roughly +-3 half-width at half maximum to avoid very large wings

Channel DNB truncate at 2
Channel I1  truncate at 2
Channel M4 truncate at 3.5
Channels M12-M13 truncate at 6
Channels M14-M15 truncate at 4
Channel M16 truncate at 6

Central wavenumbers and relative band corrections provided by Chris Moeller (CIMSS)
on June 24, 2022 and coherent with level 1 processing.
