AATSR were provided by Chris Mutlow C.T.Mutlow@rl.ac.uk by e-mail (23/04/2001)

SRFs are now available (Dec 2012):
   envisat.esa.int/handbooks/aatsr/aux-files/consolidatedsrfs.xls
 and are strictly the same

Wavelengths are converted to wavenumbers
All original values are kept except
   channel 3.7microns, data outside 3300cm-1 removed

The original SRF has been shifted of 50nm towards longer wavelengths

September 2016:
The AATSR QWG is going to update the advice for the 12 micron SRF,
reducing the shift from 50 nm to 40 nm
