Filters have been reduced, due to very large wings:
 3microns:
    2447-2935cm-1 (SRF > 0.001)
 11microns:
    859-1000cm-1 (SRF > 0.001)
 12microns:
    786-877cm-1 (SRF > 0.001) + negative values set to 0.
